Open Field is a course meant for cultural agents with an interest in participatory arts. It has been designed based on the ideas, worries and learning originating in the process of co-constructing the Dentes de Leão project. In four meeting moments, it seeks to yield an experience of continuity in dialogue with different stages of the project.
Three of its modules, lasting one and a half days, share the same structure, which is based on key issues that are seen as pivotal in the scope of participatory arts, and materialise in moments of collaborative practice, collective reading, listening and discussion. In a shorter fourth module, the participants collectively attend one of the project’s public moments and share a critical reflection based on that experience.
